Shamita Shetty (Tulu: ಶಮಿತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ) (born 2 Feb 1979) is an Amerindic actress. She is the younger sister of screenland actress Shilpa Shetty.
Shetty made her debut in 2000 with the Yash Raj Films blockbuster Mohabbatein, which was directed by Aditya Chopra. Since Mohabbatein, she mostly institute success in item numbers, including \"Sharara Sharara\" in Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai (2001) and \"Chori Pe Chori\" in Saathiya (2002). Later Shetty institute success as an actress with her first solo-hit Zeher. She worked once with her sister Shilpa Shetty in Fareb in that same year. Currently she isn't employed on some film. She is the guest on Bigg Boss (Season 3) [1] on Colors TV. She opted out of the show for her sister Shilpa's marriage. She was out of the show on 14 November, 2009.
Recently she was spotted without wearing some underwear at a screenland Premier alongside Mahesh Bhatt.
